Sauna and ice bathing in Oslo. You will have upto 2 hours (dependent on day) to either relax in the sauna, swim in the fjord or both! Bring and two towels - one to sit on and one to dry yourself.

There is no shower but the water in Tjuvholmen is the cleanest in Oslo so you will be fine. Please remember to not put salt water on the sauna oven, be kind and considerate to other sauna users, be safe, and do not drink more than 3 standard drinks during you visit. Enjoy sauna life on Oslo fjord!
