The Tour - Plan
Day 1 - Skopje Tour in the Old Town in the morning, free time, then visit of the Matka Canyon in the afternoon. Rest in a hotel in Skopje.
Day 2 - Transfer from Skopje to Tetovo. Visit of the unusual Colorful Mosque in Tetovo. Transfer to the Galicnik village and photo shoot of the neverending pastures of Mavrovo National Park. Lunch in Galicnik. Visit of the 1000 years old Bigorski Monastery. Rest in a hotel in the rural village Jance.
Day 3 - Transfer to Vevchani village. Visit of the popular Vevchani springs and short hike. Lunch with local ecological food in the mountain, cooked in front of your eyes. A true unique experience. Transfer to Struga. Visit of the Monastery in a Cave in Kalista village. Free time and rest in a hotel in Struga.
Day 4 - Transfer to Ohrid. Visit of the old town with all the marvels and details of this Jerusalem of the Balkans, including the fortress, many churches, the untypical architecture and much more. Visit of a local fish restaurant and lunch. Free time. Rest in a hotel in Ohrid.
Day 5 - Boat trip to the Monastery St. Naum from the IX century. Visit of the one and only Bay of Bones, an untypical settlement on pillars on water, from the X century BC. Visit of a local winery for wine tasting. Rest in a hotel in Ohrid.
Day 6 - Transfer to Bitola. Short walk, a coffee break and visit of the ancient macedonian town Heraclea. Transfer to the highest town of the Balkans - Krusevo. Lunch - a typical Krusevo - Dish. Free time. In the afternoon visit of the Makedonium monument. Rest in a hotel in Krusevo.
Day 7 - Transfer to Skopje and farewell lunch.
