Your Luxe Coach has 12 seats in total, however we only take 9 guests to ensure even more space & comfort, as well as being guaranteed to sit with your partner.
The brand new 2023 coach for Milford Sound has leather bucket seats with good leg room, small storage space above and large storage space in the rear, high-performance air conditioning & heating for all weather, tray tables & usb charging and atmosphere lighting. We also carry several safety systems including live weather tracking, satellite messaging, first aid and phones.
Your two-hour Milford Sound cruise is run by our cruise partner, RealNZ, on one of their more private and comfortable boats - the Milford Haven. Seating for Luxe Tours guests is exclusive to us and in a premium spot. Space surrounds the boat and on top with a 360o viewing deck to take in all the stunning waterfalls and interactions with wildlife.

On the rare ocassion, weather such as snow can close the Milford Road and cancel the cruise or full tour. Our team will be in touch if this is expected either beforehand or on the day and either rebook you or find another tour we can take you on. We do not make the decision to close the road, this is made by the relative New Zealand legal authority. We operate in a wild environment and this can have impact on the day such as delays, however this is rare.
Milford Road Merchant Cafe. The Cafe is Blue with multiple signs. The Coach will park outside the cafe by 8:25am. The Coach is dark grey. Parking is available on the street outside the cafe and opposite. Please do not park in the Cafe carpark.
