Look for a representative wearing a blue shirt/jacket with the word "Starboard" written on it. They will aid you in boarding your boat.
Just present your voucher to your host and step aboard. Be aware that there are other companies departing from the same location. They are all aware of the activity provider and will ask you to wait patiently until your boat arrives.
Please keep in mind that late guests will not be accommodated and no refunds will be issued in the event of you missing the boat.
