This one day tour gives an opportunity for you to experience and explore the culture of gurungs and tibetan culture.
You will get to witness the lifestyle of monk hood.
The tour starts with a suitable vehicle ride from lakeside to damphus through the baglung highway. Along the highway you will get to enjoy the magnificient view of the Machapuchare and other mountains of the Annapurna range. After reaching dhampus, we will explore the village.Dhampus is one of the oldest gurung villages of the Gandaki Province.You will get to see the gurung people in their traditional attire.
After Dhampus we will take you to the Hemja Monastery. Its the biggest buddhist monastery of the region, you will explore the monk culture, you will introduce yourself to the Tibetan Buddhism. The Pema Tsal Monastery is the biggest monastery of the Sakya Lineage of the Tibetan Buddhism.
