Day 1: Welcome to Kathmandu!
You arrive in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, situated at an elevation of 1,300 meters (4,265 feet).

Day 2: Kathmandu to Lukla (Flight) to Phakding

Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Trek for 4 hours to Phakding at 2,651m (8,697ft).

Day 3: Phakding to Namche
Today, you continue your trek from Phakding and hike for 5 to 6 hours to reach Namche, a bustling Sherpa town at an elevation of 3,440 meters (11,286 feet). The trail offers beautiful views and crosses several suspension bridges.

Day 4: Acclimatization Day in Namche
Rest day in Namche for acclimatization. Explore town, markets, and enjoy panoramic views of Everest and surrounding peaks. Important for altitude adjustment.

Day 5: Namche to Tengboche
Trek from Namche to Tengboche (5-6 hours). Enjoy rhododendron forests, views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and reach Tengboche at 3,956m (12,979ft), famous for its monastery.

Day 6: Tengboche to Dingboche
Today's trek takes you from Tengboche to Dingboche, a picturesque village at an elevation of 4,380 meters (14,370 feet). The trail offers incredible views of the Himalayan landscape, and you might spot some wildlife along the way.

Day 7: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
Another rest day is spent in Dingboche for further acclimatization. You can take short hikes to higher elevations to help your body adapt to the altitude. Enjoy the surrounding beauty and relax in this charming mountain village.

Day 8: Dingboche to Lobuche
You resume your trek and hike for 4 to 5 hours to reach Lobuche at an altitude of 4,938 meters (16,200 feet). The trail gradually gains altitude, and you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks.

Day 9: Lobuche to Gorakshep (Afternoon hike to Kalapatthar)
Trek to Gorakshep (5,160m/16,929ft) and hike to Kalapatthar for breathtaking views of Everest, Nuptse, and Khumbu Glacier.

Day 10: Gorakshep to Pheriche (Morning hike to Etc)
In the morning, you hike to the iconic Everest Base Camp (Ebc) at an elevation of 5,364 meters (17,598 feet). After spending some time at the base camp, you descend to Pheriche, situated at 4,371 meters (14,340 feet), for overnight stay.

Day 11: Pheriche to Namche
From Pheriche, you descend back to Namche, retracing your steps along the trail. The trek takes approximately 6 to 7 hours, and you can enjoy the familiar landscapes and villages you passed through earlier.

Day 12: Namche to Lukla
Trek back to Lukla, passing through picturesque landscapes, and spend the night at an altitude of 2,860 meters (9,383 feet).

Day 13: Lukla to Kathmandu (Flight)
Board a short flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, enjoying the scenic views, and spend the day exploring the city.

Day 14: Departure
Final day in Kathmandu before departure. Take in the last sights and sounds of Nepal before saying goodbye and heading home.
