Himlung Himal is one of the recently opened peaks for climbing and is located in the Peri Himal ranges between Mt. Manaslu and Annapurna ranges. This expedition takes you through remote villages Nepal and Tibet border by passing through two interesting Tibetan villages of Nar and Phu. The area is remote and untouched as very few tourists have explored this region. The base camp will be established at the height of 4900m; which is located at the upper border of one of the pastures belonging to Phu. Normally three high camps will be established to reach the Summit. Camp I at the height of 5565m, Camp II at 6150m, and Camp III at 6206m. Technically Mt. Himlung Himal is not so difficult. It is a very beautiful mountain for alpinism in altitude from its base camp to the Summit.

Why choose the Himlung Himal Expedition in Nepal?
- Among the 414 open peaks in Nepal for mountaineering, there are only a limited. - 7000m peaks open for mountaineering and Himlung is an easily accessible and cost-saving peak expedition.
- It's NOT as technically difficult as other 7000m peaks, therefore, it's a perfect peak for the pre-training trip before going for any 8000m peak including Mt. Everest.
- It's the safer peak among all 7000m peaks.
- The trekking in/out from base camp is comparatively easy than others.
- The trek goes through the Annapurna circuit route and the hidden valley Nar Phu area, therefore the trekking to Himlung base camp is unique and awesome with local cultures and local inhabitant villages.
- The base camp is in a perfect location, not on a glacier actually with some green grass.

Day 05: Jagat – Dharapani – (1943m,6h)
Day 06: Dharapani – Koto ( 2700m,5h)
Day 07: Koto – Narkhola ( 3200m,6h )
Day 08: Narkhola–Kyang ( 3800m,5/6h )
Day 09: Kyang – Phu ( 4400m,6h )
Day 10Phu – Himlung Himal BC ( 4850m,6h )
Day 11-26: Ascension of Himlung Himal (7,126m)
Day 27: Base Camp – Phu ( 4400m,5h )
Day 28: Phu – Meta (3840m,6h)
Day 29: Meta – Koto ( 2700m,6h)
Day 30: Koto – Besishahar (7h) by Jeep
Day 31: Beshishar – Katmandou (7/8h) by bus
Day 32: Debriefing at the Tourism Industry Division
Day 33: Final Departure
