Day 1 >Arrival Kathmandu Airport. Or Paro airport
Day 2 > If arriving in kathmandu Airport , day 2 is a day of preparation & half day sight seeing in Kathmandu.Over Night Hotel BB
Day 3 > Fly to t Paro / Arrival in Paro
After your Bhutan visa formalities at the Paro International Airport, we (your local Bhutan travel agent) will welcome you at Paro airport. After completion of airport formalities, we will drive through the lovely Paro valley to your hotel.
Day 4> Paro Tour and Sightseeing
Day 5 >Paro -Thimphu
Distance: 54 km , estimated travel time: 1
Day 6> ThimphuTour and Sightseeing-Punakha-Wangdue
Distance: 71 km After breakfast, visit the following:
The National Folk Heritage Museum to get an insight of the Bhutanese way of life.
The Institute for Zorig Chusum (commonly known as the Painting School), where a six year training course is given in the 13 traditional arts and crafts of Bhutan.
Day 7>Wangdue -Paro
Distance: 125 km ,
After breakfast, visit Wangdue Dzong,situated on a ridge overlooking a river junction. In the 17th century, Wangdue played a critical role in unifying the western, central and southern regions of the country. Also visit the local market.
Travel back to Paro, visiting Simtokha Dzong en route. This dzong, built in 1627, is the oldest in Bhutan. Check into hotel. Free time to relax.
Day 8 > Departure from Paro
In the morning tour guide fromBhutanTourswill escort you to the Airport, fly back to Kathmandu or onward.
