Learn about cooking from two Moroccan chefs who will show you how to shop at the local market and put together the ingredients for a delicious, traditional meal.
You will meet Khmisa and Kawtar, who will host you for a meal at Khmisa's place in the heart of Medina. Enjoy Moroccan traditional cuisine together with the chefs. You will be welcomed with traditional mint tea.
First, you will discuss with the chefs the menu choices for you, which will be composed of the most typical best Moroccan dishes. Then you will go with Chef Khmisa to the Old Souk. The walk through the souk to buy the fresh ingredients will allow you to learn more about Moroccan culinary culture.
Once back home from the market, you will start the preparation with the chef. You can sit and enjoy the meal with your group, or if you’ve chosen the private tour option, dine with your close friends and family and take in the home-cooked food.
