1. For airport pickup, please specify your inbound flight number and time.
2. Please specify hotel name in the booking.
3. It's good to have Whatsapp installed on your tel.number used for booking.
Pick-up Instructions:
From Airport: At the exit of baggage claim.
From Train Station: At the exit of your carriage/cart. If carriage/cart is not provided, then at the outside of the information booth of the railway station.
From Bus Station: At the exit of your bus. If travel number is not provided, then inside the ticket office of the bus station.
From Hotel: At the hotel lobby or reception.
From Apartment: At the entrance. If your accommodation requires special permission or electronic chip/card to enter, it is your responsibility to let the driver come in with his car. Otherwise, the driver will be waiting as close as possible at the entry point.
