In this Experience you will visit an old house located in the heart of Oaxaca, where you will learn about the basics of agave and its influence in Mexican gastronomy. You will also have a Mezcal tasting guided by a sommelier and taste different pairings; each one selected to highlight the flavor of the agave and the organic ingredients. After the tasting, our tour guide will guide you to prepare your own Mezcalina: an Oaxacan cocktail made with fruits and other liquors.
