• WaveRunner drivers must be 18 or older
• You must be 6 or older to ride on the WaveRunner
• If you are 17 or younger, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission
• Please note, if you have back, neck, joint, muscular problems, or are pregnant, you should carefully consider whether to participate
• Hours of operation are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM daily
• An additional surcharge of $12 for dock use is payable on the day of your activity
• Please note personal cameras, phones, and other valuables are not allowed aboard your WaveRunner
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
You must keep social distance while in vehicles
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You must fill out a travel information form
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
Jetpack Adventures (La Isla Shopping Mall, Blvd. Kukulcan Km 12.5, La Isla, Zona Hotelera, 77500 Cancún, Q.R., Mexico). The meeting point is inside the village mall "La Isla" at the hotel zone, km 12.5, next to the "Lighthouse Restaurant".
