We offer two schedules per day, at 09:30 AM and 13:30 PM, ensuring flexibility for your convenience. This tour is perfect for private groups, accommodating up to 18 people. The maximum capacity per shift is 150 participants, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience for everyone.
The tour duration is approximately 3½ hours, excluding transportation time. Your safety is our top priority, and we begin with a comprehensive security briefing to ensure a smooth and secure adventure.

We prioritize your safety with our high standards of security. All zip lines feature double security cables, and children as young as 4 years old can participate in the activities. Participants aged 16 years and older can drive an ATV with an adult on the same vehicle. Please note that the maximum weight allowed for the zip line activity is 286 pounds (130 kg).
For your convenience, we recommend bringing towels, a bathing suit, sandals, comfortable shoes, biodegradable sunscreen, bug spray, and cash. Please note that photos, lockers, tips, and souvenirs are not included in the tour package.

We will refuse access to the activity on signs of intoxication. Booking will be canceled with no right to refund.
Minimum drinking age is 18 years.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

A white van will pick you up. If your pickup is at the lobby of your hotel please wait for our staff as close to the door as possible.
