4-Days Aberdares and Samburu National Park Wildlife Safari

Day 1: Nairobi - Aberdares National Park
Start your safari with a pickup from your Nairobi hotel or the airport. Proceed to the Aberdare National Park. Enjoy lunch at Aberdare Country Club, located on a mountain slope in the scenic Great Rift Valley. After lunch, drive to the nearby The Ark Lodge where you will stay for the night.

Spend the afternoon and evening game viewing from the balconies of your tree lodge. The Aberdare National Park is home to elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, buffalos, warthogs, and bushbucks among others. Rare sightings include those of the Giant Forest hog, bongo, golden cat, serval cat, African wild cat, African civet cat, and the blue duiker.

Day 2: Aberdares - Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast, proceed to Samburu National Reserve. On arrival, check in and head for a game drive in the park. Return to the lodge and relax. Later, enjoy dinner and spend the night at the lodge.

Day 3: Full Day Samburu National Reserve
Enjoy a full-day game drive at the reserve and get to see many animals such as elephant, Zebra, Lion, Cheetah, Buffalo, Oryx, endangered Grevy’s Zebra, the Reticulated Giraffe, and many others. After that, head back to the lodge and relax and swim. Later, enjoy dinner and spend the night at the lodge.

Day 4: Samburu National Reserve - Nairobi
Start the day with an early morning game drive in the park. Then, head back to the lodge for breakfast. Check out and head back to Nairobi.
