Three million people depend on the lake for their food and livelihoods. Each year, millions of fish come to spawn in the seasonally flooded forest surrounding the lake, attracting a myriad of water birds.
Starting with a pickup from your hotel, you will hop on a boat tour and see the floating village of Chong Kneas. You will get to see first-hand what life is like on the water, the floating market, the local fishery, and the crocodile farm. Enjoy the scenery of the lake and keep an eye out for wildlife.
