· Our driver will be waiting for you at the International Arrival Exit for 90 minutes after your flight lands!
· We’ll send you specific meeting instructions before your booking date. If you’re not at the pick-up point within 90 minutes and we can’t reach you, the driver will need to leave, and the fare won’t be refundable.
· For extra wait time beyond 90 minutes, there’s an additional charge of $28 per hour.

If your flight schedule changes, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any extra charges.

We plan pick-ups according to the flight landing time. If you set a specific pick-up time, the driver will wait for free for up to 30 minutes.

Hotel Pick-up & Drop-off Tips:
· Be ready in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time in your booking.
· Hotel pick-ups include a free 30-minute wait time.
· To ensure smooth check-in at the airport, please arrange your transfer time in advance!
The day before your travel, our driver will reach out to you on WhatsApp. After landing, please use the airport’s free WiFi to stay in touch, and the driver will guide you to the vehicle. If you’ve purchased the “Meet & Greet” add-on, look for the driver holding a sign with your name at the arrivals entrance. Our driver will arrive according to your flight’s landing time and wait for 90 minutes at no extra charge. If you’d rather have pickup at your reserved time, just let us know in advance. In that case, the driver will wait for 30 minutes for free.
