During the Shikotsu Ice Festival (Feb 1–24), Mitsui Outlet Park will be replaced with a stop at the festival for 60 minutes.
On Dec 31 and Feb 25–26, Mitsui Outlet Park will be skipped due to reduced hours or maintenance. Additional time will be allocated to other attractions.
If a small-group tour is conducted using a taxi or minibus, the driver will provide information instead of a guide.
Please meet at Sapporo TV Tower. Your group will gather in front of the Information Center on the 1st floor. Check your email (including spam) for your guide’s contact details and the vehicle's license plate number. Arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure.
