Feel the early morning air of Futaba Mountain on this trekking tour. Enjoy an outdoor tea ceremony at the top of the mountain with a spectacular view of Hiroshima City and the Seto Inland Sea.
Get up early for a walk on Futaba Mountain. Follow your guide on the mountain and discover the nature around you. Take part in an outdoor tea ceremony with views of Hiroshima City, and if selected, do an easy yoga lesson and eat a traditional breakfast. Meet your guide at Hiroshima Station. Your guide will introduce themselves and explain the route. Head to Hiroshima Toshogu Shrine where you can view important cultural assets and other buildings on the grounds. Trek through Kinko Inari Shrine in the mountains of Futaba. After trekking for about 25 minutes, reach the Peace Pagoda and enjoy a spectacular view of Hiroshima City, the Seto Inland Sea, and Miyajima from the top of the mountain. Then begin the "Nodate" tea ceremony where the guide will make you traditional green tea outdoors. If selected, relax with an easy Yoga experience and feel the nature around you before having breakfast at the Okugu Shrine.
