• This transfer service is only available for properties in the Tokyo City Center (the areas of Adachi, Arakawa, Bunkyo, Chiyoda, Chuo, Edogawa, Itabashi, Katsushika, Kita, Koto, Meguro, Minato, Nakano, Nerima, Ota Setagaya, Shibuya, Shinagawa, Shinjuku, Suginami, Sumida, Taito, Narita, and Toshima)
• For waiting time exceeding 60-minute (for airport arrivals), a fee of 30 USD per every hour will be charged
• For waiting time exceeding 30-minute (for departures from your accommodation in Tokyo City Center), a fee of 30 USD per every hour will be charged
• The luggage size limitation is 26 inches
The driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby. Look for someone holding a sign with your name on it. If you are staying in non-hotel accommodation, the driver will wait for you outside where they are able to park the car and contact you to inform you of the meeting point.
