Appetizers start with special dish that incorporate French taste. We will continue to offer 10 pieces from the ingredients that are carefully selected and purchased from Toyosu every day.
We are particularly particular about tuna, and use raw bluefin tuna from a famous tuna wholesaler that is one of the top three tuna wholesalers in Toyosu. Please enjoy it in the [Edo-mae style] that is seasoned and served here.
The last dish is Okinawa soba, which is made by the chef who is from Okinawa.
