Arrive in Osaka and travel with ease to your accommodations in the city center with a private transfer from Kansai Airport (KIX) Hit the ground running and make the most of your vacation in Japan.
1. Select the transportation service you require (choose the vehicle that better fits your needs the number of passengers and luggage.
Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number.
2. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone.
3. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info.
4. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver.
5. Meet your driver at the pick-up location.
6. Present your voucher and identify yourself with the driver.
7. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage ( surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
8. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

Service at terminal
Client will receive an SMS with the instructions for the transfer .
Elife driver will communicate with the client through Phone/WhatsApp, set up meeting point with the client, and Elife system will also push meeting point to the client .
Elife driver will wait at meeting point, driver will track flight to find out the terminal, and will wait at the exit.
Curbside pickup (without meet-and-greet) .
The client will receive an SMS with the instructions for the transfer .
After flight’s arrival, an Elife driver will contact the client through WhatsApp, phone call or text message, to arrange a meeting point with the client .
Once the client is ready, the Elife driver will drive the car to the meeting point in less than 5 minutes .
