After the booking is confirmed, OTOMO Tour Desk will send a link to a Google form to you. Please fill in the pick-up locations and spots you wish to visit on the day of the tour. The guide will review your responses and create an itinerary for you.
Please answer the booking questions. Your guide will receive the information you provide and will tailor the tour accordingly.
In addition, your guide will contact you via WhatsApp or email 2 weeks before the tour to discuss the itinerary based on the information you provided.
The itinerary and meeting point provided are based on the standard itinerary and are provided for your reference only.
If you do not arrive at the specified starting place after 60 minutes from the agreed meeting time, the tour will be considered canceled.
If the weather is bad on the day, there is a possibility that the means of transportation, destinations, and routes may be changed.
