Meet at BESIDE HIROSHIMA and check in at the reception. Change into clothes that you don't mind getting wet in the changing room. Get a brief orientation session and an explanation of safety precautions for a safe experience.

Conduct a lesson on SUP and warm-up exercises. Experience SUP in the area around the store.

Bring a swimsuit or clothing that can get wet, a towel, sunscreen, and a drink. Enjoy the use of SUP equipment, a life jacket, and changing rooms and showers.
