Our driver will be waiting for you at the International Arrival Exit for 90 minutes after your flight lands.
We will send you an instruction of where to meet our driver before your booking date.
If it takes a bit longer, there’s an additional charge of $28 per hour.
If we don’t find you at the pick-up point 90 minutes after landing and we haven’t heard from you, our driver will need to leave, and we won’t be able to refund the fee.
If there’s any change in your flight schedule, just let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. If not, any extra costs will be on you.
We plan pick-ups based on when your flight lands. If you set a specific pick-up time, driver will wait 30 minute for free.

Please be ready at your hotel lobby at the time you’ve given in the order.
We include a free 30-minute wait time for hotel pick-up.
Arrange your airport transfer time in advance to complete airport check-in.
Our driver will contact you a day before your travel via WhatsApp. Please stay connected with them using the airport's free WiFi once your flight lands, and they will guide you to the vehicle. For those who purchase the 'Meet & Greet' add-on, the driver will meet you at the arrival entrance holding a board with your name on it.
