Collect your ticket from the agency in front of the Colosseum: access the first and second ring of the Colosseum (and the arena if selected). The video will be viewable via link on smartphone or pc before or after visit, you'll see the link on your voucher. It is mandatory to enter your name and surname when booking, otherwise, you will not be allowed access to the Colosseum as the ticket is nominative.
You must provide an ID at the Colosseum.
To collect the free tickets for those under 18 years of age, it is necessary to show ID at the entrance of the Colosseum.
The link to watch the video will be on the voucher after booking, if you do not see it you can write to us and we will send it to you.
Pick up your ticket at "ARTOUR" above the Colosseum metro station, passing Caffè Roma. Please arrive 20 minutes before the booked time.
