Experience the wonders of Tuscany in one memorable day. Leave Florence for a 12-hour excursion and see the beautiful landscapes, architecture, and artworks of the region. Treat yourself to some local cuisine, and opt for a guided tour in your preferred language to learn even more about the historic area.
Begin with a visit to Pisa and its stunning Piazza dei Miracoli. Admire the Baptistery, the Cathedral, and, of course, the famous Leaning Tower.
Visit San Gimignano, the medieval town that was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then you’ll follow the scenic roads of the Chianti region to Siena, the city of the Palio. In Siena, opt for lunch in central Piazza del Campo.
Meet your local guide for a tour of the city (if option is selected), and see its important monuments, palazzos, and piazzas. Visit Piazza del Campo, where the Palio di Siena horse race is run, and Piazza del Duomo, where you will see the exterior of the magnificent Cathedral.
After some free time in Siena, you’ll head back to Florence.

All participants +12 years old must present one of the following documents: complete vaccination certificate; a certificate attesting to the administration of the first dose of the vaccine, which took place at least 15 days prior to the activity; a confirmation of the healing from Covid-19 within the last 6 months; the negative result of a swab performed no more than 48 hours before the activity. In the absence of these documents, it will not be possible to participate in the activity and no refund will be made
From November 16 to March 14 the tour will go ahead in English if the minimum number of participants is not met for other languages
A moderate amount of stairs and walking is involved
During special events, opening times can change
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
You must keep social distance while in vehicles
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You must bring your own headphones
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You must fill out a travel information form
All participants who are 12 years and older must present a Reinforced Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Reinforced Green Passes can only be obtained by uploading either proof of full vaccination or proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months to either the Green Pass or Covid Certificate app
All participants must also bring a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc)
