Enjoy a facilitated entrance to Brunelleschi's Dome, part of Florence's Cathedral, with this ticket. Meet the local assistant at the meeting point, present your voucher, and receive your tickets to begin your experience.
The day before your visit you'll receive a WhatsApp message with a reminder for the meeting point and the instructions to download our included Mobile Audio Application on your devices; don't forget to charge your phone and bring your own earphones.
First, if you do have a backpack, use the free luggage storage because they are not allowed to visit.
Second, enter the Dome and climb 463 steps to reach the top. Marvel at the egg-shaped architecture of the Dome, which was the largest structure in the world at its time.

• Any kind of bag and backpack are NOT allowed, please use the internal, free bag storage before the visit
• You'll receive the mobile audio guide application in a WhatsApp message at least one day ahead. Please install it as soon as it arrives
• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the activity starts
• All visitors to the museum must go through the security check; at the busiest times, the line for the check takes approximately 10-15 minutes
• You will climb 463 steps to reach the top of the Duomo
• There is no elevator
• The 3-day pass is from the date you reserve when booking
Meet at the Porta della Mandorla - the dome entrance door. The activity provider's assistant will wait for you at least 15 minutes before the reserved time. They will be wearing a yellow jacket with the activity provider's name on it.
