It is required to download the Venice Pass app. After purchase you will receive email and whatsapp with info and login credentials to access the Venice Pass App. Important to purchase the product at least before 24 hours of arrival in Venice. Once purchased, you have 2 months to use it. Very important. Entrance to Doge's Palace: 12:00 - 18:00 (any waiting time is due to security checks). Children under 3 are free at all sites and museums in Venice. In some private museums the limit is 12 years old. In public museums the limit is 18 years old. Public transportation for children under 6 is free.
