All participants who are 12 years and older who are visiting a site in White or Yellow Zones must present a Basic Green Pass, while those in Orange or Red Zones must present a Reinforced Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Basic Green Passes can be obtained by uploading either proof of vaccination, proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months, a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before the activity starts, or a negative antigen test taken no more than 48 hours before the activity starts to the Green Pass or Covid Certificate apps. Reinforced Green Passes can only be obtained by uploading either proof of vaccination or proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months
All participants must also bring a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc)
Pickup service is for centrally located hotels only. No service is available for B&B, apartments or guesthouses. Please call 24 hours before the tour starts to receive your pickup time.
Be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to assigned pickup time.
