• You are not allowed to bring in signs, symbols, banners, flags, documents, drawings, or any materials that represent political, ideological, sporting, or religious ideologies inside the Cathedral.
• Guests are kindly asked to dress respectfully to visit the Historical Complex. This includes refraining from wearing bare-backed or low-cut clothing, shorts, miniskirts, and hats inside the Milan Duomo Cathedral.
• Guests are kindly asked to to respect the sacredness of the prayer areas by maintaining silence and not disturbing others.
• Please activate the silent mode on your mobile phones, speak softly, and if available, deposit suitcases, bags, large backpacks, and umbrellas in designated areas.
• Tickets are timed and expire within 5 to 10 minutes. It is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced.
• Please note that although infants are admitted free of charge, it is essential to include them in your reservation to ensure they receive their complimentary entrance ticket.
