Reach the southern tip of the country, Vik I Myrdal. Find the charming fishing village, visit the local church, and view the entire settlement. Stop on the way back and see the Sólheimajökull glacier.

Finish the day at the exquisite Seljalandsfoss waterfall, tucked underneath the infamous Eyjafjallajökull volcano. Take a chance to walk behind it and visit it's hidden cousin, Gljúfrabúi, before heading back to Reykjavik.
