In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel/accommodation in Yogyakarta, our friendly driver will be waiting for you at the lobby. Start your day by visiting the biggest Buddhist Temple in the world as a single structure built in 9th century, Borobudur Temple. Our driver will assist you at the entrance to manage everything needed at the entrance until you are ready for the Borobudur Tour. Join a small group on a Guided Tour at Borobudur. Continue to Mt Merapi Volcano, enjoy the safari tour at the slope of the mountain in an open-roof Jeep vehicle. Enjoy the scenic view of Merapi as your Jeep driver will take you to the viewpoint to see Mt Merapi from the nearest distance the Jeep can go. Learn more from the Jeep driver about what happened on the last major eruption of Merapi at the mini museum. Complete the safari tour as your Jeep driver will take you to a lava river where the Jeep can go and doing an adventure off-road activity. Enjoy the ride on the river as the water might splash a bit to you.
Continue next temple, the largest Hindu Temple complex in Indonesia, Prambanan Temple. Built at the same era with Borobudur but different dynasty, this temple is one of the proof how tolerance Javanese people since the past until today. We will manage all reservations needed at the temples and at Mt Merapi to make sure you can climb to The Top of the temple structure and you can get the Jeep at Mt Merapi.
The total amount of entry fees including Borobudur, Prambanan and the Jeep at Merapi is IDR 1.300.000 or approximately USD 85 per person.
The entry fees must be paid in cash to the driver upon pick up.
The driver will not only taking you from point A to point B but also assist you at every location to manage everything needed so you can enjoy the trip easily.
The itinerary might change by visiting Prambanan in the morning and Borobudur in the afternoon depends on the availability to make sure you can climb to the top of of the temple structure and can have sufficient time at all destinations.
You can make stop for lunch in between destinations, at your own expense.
Please notice that Borobudur and Prambanan Temples cannot be climbed to the structure every Monday so will visit the temples at the ground area on Monday.
