In case of a delay at the airport , you must let us know that you are about to delay with any form of communication you can, so we can keep your driver there.
Driver is obligate to wait for you for one hour from the time of landing.
Failure to notify us of your unexpected delay, will be considered by us as a No-Show and after the 1 hour limit we will not be able to provide you the service.
Please be at the lobby/area 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time(from Hotels/apartments/pickup points).
The driver will be holding a sign with your Full Name on it.(at the Airport)
Driver will wait no longer than 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time(from Hotels/apartments/pickup points).
Driver will wait no longer than 1 hour after the landing time(from Airport).
