Go ahead with Nafplio. Walking, swimming and meditating in the Nature.
Explore your childlike playfulness when you laughing hearty.
Be yourself and meet your inner child.
In the Arvanitia parking area, you will meet your laughter, Yogi Ali.
After a short introduction, you will start gently and with a smile at the foot of the magnificent Palamidi Castle with the first exercises.
Together, you will take a leisurely walk to a bathing area, Neraki beach that the locals love.
The path is partly paved, lined with beautiful plants, and you have views of the impressive sea bay throughout.
On the way, there are stops with exercises.
After the approx. One hour Lach Yoga hike, you have the opportunity to swim in the sea (approx. 30-min)
Meditatively silent and in connection with the powerful nature, your Yogi Ali will accompany you back to the parking area.
the whole tour takes two hours.
I offer courses in Gernan and English.
Please bring: water, comfortable shoes, sun protection, optional: swimwear
Max 15 participants.
Physical fitness is required.
Participation at your own risk.
