When you reach the island of Delos you have a few hours to explore at your own pace. The entry ticket to the site is not included in this price but you can easily obtain one at the entrance, along with a guide if you wish.
Later you will use the same ticket to board the boat and get transferred back to the old port of Mykonos after a day discovering an ancient civilization.
