A Blanc de Noir brut is served to kick off the evening. Refreshing, fine bubbles and sparkling. The 10-month storage on the sparkling wine yeast gives it a fine mousseux. Live music in the form of French chansons will get you in the mood for the rest of the evening and accompany you to your seats, where you will embark on a journey full of taste explosions. You will be served a Morbier cheese with Chardonnay and a Camembert soft cheese with Riesling, enriched with delicious fig mustard and baguette variations, among other things.
