Exciting wine tasting including a boat trip from Rüdeheim to Assmanshausen, a chairlift ride to Niederwald, a hike with wine, a gondola ride
This tour leaves nothing to be desired. We start at the historic music box at Oberstrasse 29 in Rüdesheim. Here we start with a glass of secco and the tour is discussed. Equipped with glasses, we get to the ship through Drosselgasse. There is all the important information about Rüdesheim. We take the ship past Bingen and the Mouse Tower to Assmansähne. Now we explore the small streets of the idyllic red wine town. Through Höllengasse we reach the chairlift that takes us to Niederwald. Up here we explore legendary places and viewpoints. The nicest thing is a small snack with pretzels and spunde cheese. We head straight through the oak forest towards Germania. Our 38.8m high statue proudly awaits us. The Romantic Temple is our last stop before we take the gondola cable car back to Rüdesheim, where this tour ends after about 3.5 hours. On the way we test 4 wines and a schnapps.
