Today, Hamburg's Schanze area, a former meatpacking district, is a lively craft beer destination and is full of cellar pubs and trendy bars. Since around 2013, the craft beer movement in Hamburg has breathed new life into one of mankind's old drinks. To start with, the tour visits the Ratsherrn Brewery followed by two craft beer bars.
