A culinary masterclass on making Khachapuri and Pkhali promises to be an exciting and delicious experience for all guests.
Over the course of three hours, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the history and traditions of making these popular Georgian dishes.
The programme will begin with a welcome introduction to the chef, who will share the secrets of cooking and the history behind the creation of these dishes. Participants will learn about what ingredients are used to prepare the dough and filling, and how Khachapuri and Pkhali have a special place in Georgian cookery.
Each participant in the programme will then have the opportunity to try their skills by preparing their own dishes.
At the end of the programme, all participants will come together to enjoy their own creations and partake in a shared feast, over a glass of wine.
The event will take place at our Elia Boutique Hostel, where you will experience the unique culture of Georgia. Eliana, the hostess, has been collecting the interior of this place for many years, and the result of her creativity you will be able to enjoy throughout the evening.
