Stop at the medieval Ananuri Fortress, overlooking the Zhinvali Reservoir. Explore this historical fortress with its ancient walls and beautiful views of the turquoise lake.

Arrive in Stepantsminda (Kazbegi), where you’ll transfer to 4x4 vehicles to climb up to the famous Gergeti Trinity Church. Set on a hilltop at 2,170 meters, this 14th-century church offers unforgettable views of Mount Kazbegi and the surrounding peaks.

After a memorable day in the Caucasus Mountains, begin the drive back to Tbilisi, with an estimated arrival in the evening.
