Starters:
• Opéra of poultry, celery and duck foie gras

• Cream of carrot "lemongrass - ginger", gambas tartare and lime

Main courses:
• Lightly-cooked salmon with Asian flavors

• Roasted-stuffed guinea fowl supreme, tian of autumn vegetables
