We’ll meet in Le Marais at a 17th-century building for a magical tour of a whimsical boutique cheese shop. After exploring the cheeses at the store. We’ll look for the secret door to the underground cellar.

Once in the cave, we’ll dive straight into the vast and exciting world of French cheese: its history, science, and processes. We’ll talk about the origins of each cheese and ancient cheese-ripening traditions.

We’ll settle for a pairing of low-intervention wines and a thoughtful selection of cheeses. While we won’t try all 500+ French cheese varieties (you’ll need to come back!). You’ll be able to taste 8 artisanal farmhouse cheeses that will dazzle your palate and engage your senses. You will learn how to cut and taste cheese and cheese etiquette. You’ll also gain an understanding of the science of wine and cheese pairing.

We recommend that you plan and BOOK this experience at the beginning of your trip. It will help introduce you to the authentic Paris lifestyle. You’ll gain insight and get our curated food and wine addresses. Who knows, you might make a friend or two.
