Salut! I'm Nikesh and I spent 100 euros on pastries in my first 2 weeks in this city.
I've written for food blogs in Australia for 3 years and my area of expertise is not high-end dining but rather street food and bakeries. I have lived in Bordeaux for 3 years now and believe me when I say I have scouted this city far and wide for its best boulangeries (bakeries).
After taking a few of my friends around the city, they suggested that I start a pastry tour where I combine my interest in the city's rich history and my love for pastries. Et voila!
Along the way I'll share with you its history and my own personal experiences of the neighbourhood all while you are devouring the most delicious pastries in Bordeaux!
