Taste and pair 5 fine Bordeaux wines, including 3 Classified Growths and old vintages, with caviar, sturgeon with caviar rillettes toasts, artisanal foie gras, artisanal dried duck magret, cheese, and "Bean to Bar" chocolate made in Bordeaux.

After a brief introduction to Bordeaux wines and terroirs, and a reminder about the steps of wine tasting, the sommelier will introduce you to the 3 main principles for successful food and wine pairings.

Then, move from theory to practice.
Each pairing will be an opportunity to talk about the tasted products, their history, and the reasons why each combination is proposed.
