On arrival, meet your guide at the airport and drive to north Ethiopia, passing through the wonderful chain mountains and densely tree forest of Mount Entoto. After a 2-hour drive, arrive at the Debre Libanos Monastery, founded in the 13th century by Saint Tekle Haymanot.

Visit the museum, which houses a collection of ancient bible books and religious crosses. See the internal parts of the church with the tombs of the founder of the monastery. Take a 10-minute hike to the cave, which served as a praying area for the founder of the monastery, Saint Tekle Haymanot.

Continue to the Portuguese Bridge, lying at the Blue Nile Gorge. Admire the wonderful landscapes and the Ethiopian endemic baboons, called the Chelada Baboon. Keep an eye out for Ethiopian birds.

In the evening, attend a folkloric dinner where you will have a chance to taste several national dishes and watch dances of the various ethnic groups of Ethiopia. Enjoy a traditional coffee ceremony. Finally, be transferred to the airport for your departure.
