3 Days Tigray churches & Axum tour with Asenda festival.

Day 1. Fly from Addis Ababa to Axum
Up on arrival you will escorted by our representative then drive 60 km to Axum . After you check in your hotel continue your Axum city tour . Axum city tour begins with the mysterious obelisks , underground Royal tombs and Archeological museum before lunch .Afternoon, proceed to the north of Axum to see the swimming pool of Queen of Sheba , Ezana Inscription, and the tombs of King Kaleb and Gebre Meskel.

On the way back stop at St. Marry Zion church , olld building , monastery and the house of Ark of Covenant. Finally, visit the palace of Queen of Sheba and Judit stelea Field . O/n Axum

Day 2. Axum -  Gheralta churches
After break fast , drive to gheralta churches through the Tigray splendid mountains and remarkable landscapes . Up on arrival we refresh and continue our trekking to the most famous church of  Abune Yemata about an hour. The church was built up the hill and in the sky mountains but very impressive , nice paintings and best view. Afternoon , visit the oldest and finest church of St. George May kado from 4thc A.D . O/n Hawzen

Day3.  Gheralta - Mekelle - Addis Ababa
Early in the morning hike to the magnificent churches of Mariam Korkor and Daniel Korkor after an hour hike and climbing activities. This mountain is gorgous and best spot where you can see the panoramic view of the Gheralta mountains and its surroundings .
After an amzing  gheralta churches tour proceed to wukro cluster to see the ancient and beautiful church of Abraha we Atsibeha -twin brother Axumite kings and finally buried inside the holy of holy . Fly back in Addis Ababa and farewell Dinner at famous place traditional restaurants Yod Abyssinian.
