We will follow the steps of street artist Invader who was in Ljubljana twice and both times he left us a nice collection of his mosaics of which many are hard to find.
Famous, but anonymous, French street artist (Space) Invader was in Ljubljana twice! He is known for his ceramic tile mosaics modeled on the pixelated art of 1970s–1980s 8-bit video games, many of which depict the titular aliens from the arcade games Space Invaders, Pac-Man and Super Mario Bros.
First time he was in Ljubljana almost 2 decades ago and the second time it was during covid lockdowns. Both times he left us with approximately 20 mosaics of which many are hard to find. Luckily, I am here to show them to you!
The mosaics all over the town with majority being in the centre. We can cover those in 2 hours, but we need more time for the rest.
