• Each passenger is allowed one carry-on bag and one piece of luggage and an additional payment is required for each extra luggage or large item (this information must be indicated at the time of making the reservation).
• Please provide us with the exact name of the pick-up and drop-off locations (airport, hotel, private home, or identifiable landmark in Costa Rica).
• For airport pick-ups, you must indicate the airline, flight number, and arrival time.
• Transportation services that must be operated between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. will have an extra Late/Early surcharge on top of the net rate.
