This Sunrise hike has it all! We will beat the crowds with an early start, before sunrise, to experience the magnificent glow from Kilauea lava lake. We will hike to a lookout and enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or hot cocoa and watch the sun rise over the Halemaumau crater, home of the Kilauea lava lake. This hike is approximately 5.5-mile and takes you through a field of steams vents into a native Hawaiian forest and the iconic Thurston Lava Tube.
