In this urban oasis, we invite you to uncover the secrets of Pacific cuisine, where fresh ingredients and a passion for gastronomy come together in every dish. Get ready to explore the aromas, colors, and flavors of one of the most vibrant cuisines in the world, while enjoying the breeze and energy of the city of Cali!

The experience starts by recognizing the geography of the pacific coast and the primary ingredients that are used for all the dishes in the cooking class. Then, while making mise en place we will talk about the culture of the pacific coast practices in cooking, the azoteas plants an their use as seasoning, flavoured and medicinal proposes.

The cooking class will have 3 courses and a cocktail.

Appetizer: Ceviche de Camarón (Shrimp Ceviche) or Chontaduro Ceviche (vegetarian option)
Principal: Arroz Endiablado (seafood rice)
Dessert: Cocada (Coconut sweet)
Coctail: Sol de la Bahia (Passion fruit coctail inspire in the beatiful sun of Buenaventura)
